I stayed in a beautiful double room. The minibar had complimentary snacks and drinks. The wi-fi connection was reliable. I appreciated the close walk to shops and historical places.
The gym equipment was very basic I noticed. I saw that a couple machines were out of service.

a haven of heartfelt moments
attentive staffdining experienceinadequate equipment
the staff was attentive and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. demetri's recommendations for local visits and dining were invaluable. we stayed in the shakespeare roomwith a hot tub on the balcony, a good addition. the tasting menu at the restaurant created a sensational dining experience.
during my stay, i noticed the gym equipment was inadequate. this limited my ability to maintain my fitness routine. investing in updated and more comprehensive equipment could greatly improve the wellness experience .

Wonderful Stay in a Charming Hotel

The staff was very friendly and helpful. My room had high ceilings. I really appreciated the complimentary mini bar. It had a nice selection of beverages. The pool was a very nice amenity on warmer days. I enjoyed it .
The gym was poorly equipped. Two machines were out of order. I also found that dumbbells were missing.

The hotel enjoys a good position with a nearby tram stop. This provides easy access to the city center after only a couple of stops. The surrounding area felt safe and was easy to navigate, though the parking was expensive!

The hotel features a pool that offered a refreshing escape from the heat and it included comfortable seating. I saw that there was an onsite spa, though I did not have the opportunity to use it. The hotel also provides free Wi-Fi access throughout the hotel.

The room had a well-appointed design, I was very grateful. It had a large comfortable bed and also featured a modern bathroom. My room also included a mini bar stocked with complimentary drinks and snacks. It was replenished daily and I thought it was great.

Breakfast was excellent and included a wide selection of items. The service was also very attentive. The hotel's restaurant offers a menu of local and international dishes. The presentation was very nice. A full bar service is available.

faulty machinestiny plates
my stay wasnt the best. the gym was very badly setup. some machines weren't even working. i couldn't find proper dumbbells to use. breakfast was also a problem. it was very cramped, and the hot food was served on tiny plates. i did expect a bit more from a place like this.
